You will need to combine it with their usual diet compromised of other foods beneficial to their health.

Eggs are considered to be the gold standard in protein. Having a low carbohydrate diet will help your cat regulate its symptoms. Instead cats need to eat complete and balanced food every day.

Raw eggs can be dangerous. A whole egg is about 90 calories and your cat should not consume more than 10 of his daily calories from an egg so you should only feed about a quarter of a single egg to your cat. Well cats can eat cooked eggs but not raw eggs.

Try feeding your cat fresh cucumbers spinach steamed broccoli and asparagus or some mashed potatoes. People who professionally raise show cats will even give their prize pussycat eggs every once in a while to keep the coat nice and shiny. Raw eggs can lead to salmonella poisoning and will cause skin and coat problems because it is loaded with a particular enzyme that retards biotin absorption.

In general it is recommended you offer egg to your cats only once or twice a week. Yes cats can eat eggs however because cats are obligate carnivores they cannot receive all the nutrients that they need from eggs. Peas offer both carbohydrates and protein and can be a fun treat for your kitty.

Eggs arent recommended as the sole dietary source of protein for your cat but cats can eat eggs to supplement the protein in the rest of their diet. Not an everyday treat. It is recommended that cats should consume only the cooked eggs.
